45th edition today! I’ve been hacking away at projects, trying to get a lot done.
So, last time I asked for people who wanted to join the $10k club, which is a private slack of founders doing less than $2k a month now with their projects, and we compete to get to $10k a month in revenue, recurring or not. We’ve got 10 people in the group now, and in the next issue I’ll list them all, and share their revenues, and we’ll make it into a public leaderboard.

Growth tip
Try giving your customers a unique coupon that they can share with their friends, and then reward them for every time that coupon is used. Referral psychology says that letting people share a discount is more popular than the referrer just getting a reward.
Free tool tip
Need a single video of someone trying to do something on your website? Peek from Usertesting lets you get a 5 minute video, no charge.
Feedback tip
Have a SaaS or some other service where you can tell when someone stops using the service? Set up a trigger and ask them why. You can learn a lot from these exit interviews, and improve your customer retention, increasing LTV and monthly revenue. Booyah.
